Refund policy

At endlessshinejewellery.com if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or your item was damaged in transit, we offer replacement, exchange or refund.


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Clearly state whether you want a return or exchange.
  2. Report any damage/defect within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Contact us at support@endlessshinejewellery.com
  4. Provide proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, order confirmation, or delivery note).
  5. If required, we can arrange pickup (costs will be communicated).
  6. Once received, you’ll be issued a Return ID Number by email.

Resolution Within 30 Days

Depending on the case, you may receive:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement
  • Exchange

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition and unused.
  • Use an insured, trackable courier service (we are not responsible for lost packages).
  • If insufficient postage is paid, related costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties/taxes on returned international shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.
  • Credit card refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after receiving your return.
  • Allow up to 21 days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • If eligible, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For exchanges to a lower-value item, admin and shipping fees may apply.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at endlessshinejewellery.com
  • Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same product.
