At endlessshinejewellery.com if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or your item was damaged in transit, we offer replacement, exchange or refund.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Clearly state whether you want a return or exchange.
- Report any damage/defect within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact us at support@endlessshinejewellery.com
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, order confirmation, or delivery note).
- If required, we can arrange pickup (costs will be communicated).
- Once received, you’ll be issued a Return ID Number by email.
Resolution Within 30 Days
Depending on the case, you may receive:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Replacement
- Exchange
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original condition and unused.
- Use an insured, trackable courier service (we are not responsible for lost packages).
- If insufficient postage is paid, related costs will be deducted from your refund.
- We are not responsible for customs duties/taxes on returned international shipments.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.
- Credit card refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 15 days after receiving your return.
- Allow up to 21 days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Partial Refunds
- If eligible, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For exchanges to a lower-value item, admin and shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at endlessshinejewellery.com
- Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same product.
